Responsibilities:
As an Associate Director Quality Assurance, you will be responsible for leading quality assurance activities related to product development lifecycle. You will oversee the vendor qualification process and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements, including FDA guidelines. Additionally, you will be responsible for managing the document control system, reviewing batch documentation, SOPs (Standard Operating Procedures), protocols reports, and more.
Qualifications:
The ideal candidate for this position should have at least ten years of experience working on quality assurance programs while holding either a Bachelor's or Master's Degree from accredited institutions. You must also possess excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, along with strong organizational abilities. You should be detail-oriented, analytical, and have the ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Skills Required:
The ideal candidate should have a strong understanding of Quality Control/Assurance knowledge. You should be able to lead quality assurance activities and should also have leadership acumen and team-building capabilities.
