Associate Director of Business Development
Introduction:
We are looking for a highly skilled Associate Director of Business Development to join a leading Medical Device company. This is a client-facing role that will require you to use your expertise in B2B sales to develop new business opportunities and maintain existing client relationships. As an experienced sales professional with 10 years of experience selling in the pharma industry, you will be responsible for driving revenue growth and expanding market share. This is a remote position that is open to travel, and offers good career progression opportunities.
Responsibilities:
- Develop new business opportunities and maintain existing client relationships
- Build and maintain a pipeline of potential clients
- Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve revenue targets
- Conduct market research to identify new opportunities and stay up-to-date with industry trends
- Work closely with internal teams to ensure customer satisfaction and to identify areas for improvement
- Communicate with clients to understand their needs and provide solutions that meet their requirements
- Attend industry events to network with potential clients and promote the company's products and services
- Provide regular reports on sales performance and market trends to senior management
