Associate Director, Patient Marketing
Located in the vibrant city of San Francisco, California, an exceptional opportunity is available for an Associate Director of Patient Marketing. Role Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement patient-focused marketing strategies.
- Collaborate with teams across Marketing, Sales, Sales Operations, Medical Education, Medical Affairs, Learning & Development.
- Maintain consistent office presence (3 days/week) to ensure alignment and execution of strategies.
- Serve as the patient market and brand expert, setting strategic direction and ensuring execution of patient-centric marketing campaigns, education strategies, and engagement initiatives.
- Foster trust and build strong relationships with internal stakeholders, advocacy groups, and patient communities.
- Support the development and management of patient advocacy and ambassador programs.
Required Experience:
- 5-8 years of relevant experience in patient marketing within pharma, biotech or med-device industries.
- Prior experience in acute care settings is preferred but not mandatory.
- Bachelor's degree minimum requirement.
- Orthopedic marketing experience required.
- Goal-oriented orchestrator, who can effectively coordinate and focus the work of skilled employees toward an important goal, prioritizing the right activities that lead to success.
