As the Business Unit Manager for In Vitro Diagnostics, you will be responsible for developing and executing the strategic direction of the company's diagnostic portfolio. You will lead a cross-functional team, driving market growth, enhancing customer relationships, and ensuring operational excellence.
Key Responsibilities:
- Strategic Leadership: Develop and implement business strategies to achieve revenue targets and market share growth in the in vitro diagnostics sector
- Market Analysis: Conduct thorough market research to identify trends, opportunities, and competitive landscape; adjust strategies accordingly
- Team Management: Lead, mentor, and inspire a diverse team of professionals, fostering a culture of collaboration and high performance
- Customer Engagement: Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including healthcare professionals, distributors, and regulatory bodies
- Product Development: Collaborate with R&D and marketing teams to drive product innovation and launch new diagnostic solutions

Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Life Sciences, Business Administration, or a related field; advanced degree preferred.
- Proven experience in a leadership role within the in vitro diagnostics or related healthcare industry.
- Strong understanding of the diagnostic market, regulatory environment and commercial law
- Excellent strategic thinking and problem-solving skills.
- Demonstrated ability to lead cross-functional teams and manage multiple projects.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with a talent for building relationships.
- Fluency in English and German
