Role Overview
As the Clinical Education & Communications Specialist, you will be responsible for designing, implementing, and delivering clinical education programs that support the adoption and effective use of the company's dental aligner products in Japan. You will also develop and manage communication strategies that effectively convey the benefits of the company's products and services to key stakeholders, including dentists, orthodontists, and other healthcare professionals.
Key Responsibilities:
- Clinical Education:
- Develop and deliver comprehensive training programs for dental professionals, including dentists, orthodontists, and clinical staff.
- Conduct workshops, webinars, and one-on-one sessions to ensure that customers are proficient in using the company's dental aligner products and understand the clinical benefits and best practices.
- Provide hands-on product demonstrations and answer technical questions related to product usage, patient outcomes, and treatment protocols.
- Communication & Content Creation:
- Create clear, engaging educational materials (videos, presentations, brochures, etc.) to support clinical training efforts.
- Develop and manage communication strategies that promote the company's products, highlighting their clinical benefits and differentiators.
- Coordinate with the marketing and sales teams to ensure consistent, high-quality communication of product benefits across all customer touchpoints.
- Customer Support & Relationship Management:
- Act as the primary clinical liaison for dental professionals, providing ongoing clinical support and answering any product-related questions.
- Build strong relationships with key opinion leaders (KOLs) and dental practitioners to promote product adoption and ensure continued customer satisfaction.
- Market Insights & Strategy:
- Stay up-to-date with the latest trends in the dental and orthodontic sectors in Japan, adapting education materials and communication strategies accordingly.
- Monitor customer feedback and work closely with the sales and marketing teams to tailor product messaging and ensure the success of training initiatives.
Qualifications:
- Experience:
- 3+ years of experience in clinical education, medical communications, or product training within the medical devices, dental, or healthcare industry.
- Previous experience in dental aligners, orthodontics, or a related field is a strong plus.
- Skills:
- Excellent presentation and communication skills, with the ability to translate complex clinical concepts into understandable, engaging content.
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport and trust with healthcare professionals.
- Proficient in content creation and digital communication tools.
- Languages:
- Fluency in Japanese, English, and Mandarin Chinese is required.
- Education:
- Degree in life sciences, dental/medical sciences, or a related field is preferred
