Position:
We are currently seeking a dynamic and passionate Clinical Specialist to join our team in Taiwan/Hong Kong. As a Clinical Specialist, you will play a pivotal role in supporting healthcare professionals and ensuring the successful adoption and utilization of our advanced ophthalmology surgical products.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct product demonstrations and training sessions for healthcare professionals on the safe and effective use of our ophthalmology surgical products.
- Provide clinical support during surgical procedures, offering expert guidance and troubleshooting to optimize outcomes.
- Build strong relationships with key opinion leaders and medical professionals to drive product adoption and utilization.
- Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to develop educational materials and promotional strategies.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends, advancements, and competitor activities to provide valuable insights and recommendations.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g., Life Sciences, Nursing, Biomedical Engineering).
- Prior experience in clinical support or medical device sales, preferably within the ophthalmology or surgical industry.
- Strong understanding of ophthalmic surgical procedures and familiarity with relevant medical terminology.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to effectively engage with healthcare professionals.
- Proactive mindset with a passion for continuous learning and self-development.
- Fluency in Mandarin/Cantonese and English is preferred.
