Manager, Commercial Data Warehousing (US & Ex-US)
Greater Philadelphia Area - 3 days onsite required.

Responsibilities:
- Design and implement data warehouse architectures and ETL processes, ensuring efficient data flow and integration.
- Oversee daily operations and enhancements for data structures, including Fact/Dimensions and reporting tables.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to define data needs, ensuring alignment with organizational goals.
- Establish and maintain best practices for data governance, quality assurance, and compliance with privacy standards.
- Monitor performance, optimize scalability, and evaluate new technologies for data management.
- Document data model changes and promote cross-departmental collaboration for data sharing and integration.
Qualifications Summary:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, Data Science, or related field (Master's preferred).
- 5+ years of experience in data warehousing, management, or analytics, ideally in the pharmaceutical or healthcare sectors.
- Proficient in ETL tools, database technologies (SQL, Oracle, PostgreSQL), cloud data warehousing (e.g., Snowflake, BigQuery), and data modeling (e.g., star/snowflake schema).
- Skilled in programming (SQL, Python, R), big data frameworks (Hadoop, Spark), and data visualization tools (Tableau, Power BI, Looker).
- Strong understanding of data integration, reporting, and analytics best practices.
