Our client, a growing biotechnology company with a strong portfolio of precision oncology diagnostic technology, is looking for an experienced Commercial Excellence Specialist to join their team in Hong Kong. In this high-impact role, you will be responsible for driving the business development strategies and strategic sales planning across HK and the SEA region for their cutting edge diagnostic technology.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement commercial excellence strategies to drive sales growth and improve operational efficiency
- Analyze sales data and market trends to identify opportunities for improvement and growth.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to streamline processes and enhance customer experience.
- Design and deliver training programs to enhance the skills and knowledge of the sales team.
- Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of commercial initiatives and provide actionable insights.
- Support the development of key performance indicators (KPIs) and performance dashboards.
- Lead projects aimed at improving sales force effectiveness and customer engagement.
- Ensure alignment of commercial strategies with overall business objectives.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field. Advanced degree preferred.
- Prior experiece in business devlopment/commercial excellence, sales operations, or a related role within the healthcare or biotechnology industry.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data and generate actionable insights.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proven track record of driving commercial success and process improvements.
