Job Title: Customer Service Manager
Location: Greater Illinois
Responsibilities:
- Drive results and productivity through multiple departments.
- Support associates to achieve departmental goals and promote excellent Customer Service and Technical support.
- Maintain and monitor performance to provide optimal performance regarding order management, demand analyses, communication, etc.
- Work closely with Technical Support/Customer Experience leadership teams to maintain alignment on quotes and sales processes.
Requirements:
- 3-5 years minimum of related leadership/work experience.
- Bachelor's degree in Science discipline.
- Strong interpersonal skills to develop strong, professional relationships with customers.
- Ability to balance customer support needs, sales, associates, etc.
