Job Description:
As our newest director of clinical operations, your responsibilities will include but not limited to the following:
1) Leading all aspects of clinical trial execution from start-up through completion.
2) Developing study protocols and ensuring regulatory compliance.
3) Overseeing data management activities
4) Managing vendors including CROs (Contract Research Organizations), central laboratories etcetera;
5) Ensuring timely delivery and quality control measures during program development;
6 ) Collaborating effectively with cross-functional teams internally as well as external partners such as hospitals or academic institutions.
Qualifications & Skills Required:
โ A minimum qualification required includes Bachelor's degree preferably Master's/Ph.D.,with experience managing CAR-T therapy studies within pharmaceutical/biotechnology industry settings;
โ Experience working directly on cell therapies especially related to developing process controls using CAR-T therapy would be preferred ;
โ Proven ability managing people/resources towards meeting project deliverables under strict timelines while maintaining high-quality standards;
โ Knowledgeable about US FDA regulations governing drug approval processes,
Salary & Location:
This position provides remote employment opportunities throughout USA offering a competitive base salary range starting at $200K
