Responsibilities:
- Develop and manage patient flow forecasts to identify market risks and opportunities, guiding commercial strategy and decision-making.
- Lead global long-range planning for demand and revenue forecasting across markets.
- Extract insights from various sources to inform brand teams and drive actionable business decisions.
- Create accurate analytical tools and forecasting models to align global stakeholders and support leadership.
- Cultivate relationships with external vendors and engage with internal stakeholders to enhance market insights and drive collaboration.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's and/or an advanced degree required
- 7+ years of commercial experience, particularly in forecasting, analytics, or management consulting, with a preference for global experience.
- Strong consulting abilities, including effective listening, problem-solving, data analysis, and impactful communication skills.
- Demonstrated accountability and collaboration across diverse teams and locations, with a proactive approach to project management.
- Expertise in analyzing and presenting business and scientific information, along with experience supporting senior leadership in financial forecasting.
