Director, Market Access Analytics
Greater Philadelphia or Boston (on-site 3 days a week)
A rapidly growing, Specialty Pharmaceutical company with a recent, successful launch is seeking a Market Access Analytics leader as a crucial addition to their Commercial Operations team. This individual will help leverage advanced analytics to shape market access strategies that optimize payer engagement, reimbursement, pricing, and patient access.
Responsibilities:
- Lead/execute analytics-driven strategies to increase payer engagement, reimbursement optimization, and contracting decisions
- Analyze data to identify market trends and payer policies impacting brand performance
- Design & refine analytics frameworks
- Build predictive models to assess the impact of payer policies, pricing strategies, and access restrictions on product performance.
- Develop forecasts on pricing changes, contracts, and reimbursement policies in market access
- Responsible for analytics tools and dashboards to track PBM, payer, and provider network performance indicators
- Be a part of Senior Market Access leadership, translating data and analytical insights into actionable strategies that align with greater business goals.
- Cross functionally partner with Market Insights (MR, CI), Forecasting, Data Strategy, & Commercial Ops to drive a cohesive approach
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree required, advanced degrees are preferred.
- 10+ Years in Market Access Analytics or related analytics, (focusing payer strategy, pricing, and reimbursement) within the pharmaceutical industry.
- Expertise in analyzing large healthcare datasets (e.g., claims data, HUB data, syndicated sources).
- Experience with formulary data, payer contracting processes, and gross-to-net (GTN) modeling.
- Proven ability to lead teams, communicate technical data with stakeholders and cross functional departments, and manage external analytics vendors
