Director, Pricing & Contracts
Greater Philadelphia Area - 3 days onsite required.

Responsibilities:
- Oversee pricing strategies, contract management, and government compliance within a pharmaceutical organization, ensuring alignment with company goals and regulations.
- Manage the full contract lifecycle, from negotiation and financial modeling to execution and performance monitoring, while collaborating with internal teams.
- Analyze pricing and contract data to support Gross-to-Net (GTN) forecasting and provide insights into revenue impacts, rebate liabilities, and discount programs.
- Ensure compliance with government pricing programs (e.g., Medicaid, Medicare), partnering with legal and compliance teams to stay updated on regulatory changes.
- Lead strategic initiatives and use data analytics to optimize pricing and contracting strategies, driving innovation and improving decision-making across departments.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in business administration, Finance, Economics, or a related field; MBA or advanced degree preferred
- 8+ years of experience in pricing, contracting, or market access roles within the pharmaceutical industry
- Expertise in managing government pricing programs, Gross-to-Net forecasting, and pharmaceutical pricing strategies while ensuring compliance with regulations.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with advanced proficiency in financial modeling and tools like Excel, SQL, and Tableau for data-driven decision-making.
- Proven leadership and communication abilities to collaborate across teams, manage multiple priorities, and thrive in a fast-paced environment, with occasional travel required.
