Looking for an Experienced Clinical Pharmacologist!
Join our team to provide expert guidance on clinical pharmacology programs supporting drug discovery and development. We need someone with a Ph.D. or PharmD and a minimum of 10 years of industry experience in pharmaceutical sciences, pharmacokinetics, clinical pharmacology, chemistry, or related fields.
Your responsibilities will include authoring clinical protocols, study reports, and data analysis (exposure/efficacy/safety) to support the development and registration of the products. You'll play a crucial role in applying cutting-edge pharmacometrics methodologies to support drug discovery, development, and regulatory decisions.
We're looking for someone with extensive experience in model-based analyses, including population pharmacokinetic and pharmacokinetic-pharmacodynamic modeling, exposure-response analyses, quantitative systems pharmacology modeling, and physiological-based pharmacokinetic modeling. Proficiency in modeling software packages such as Phoenix WinNonlin, NONMEM, R, SAS, or similar tools is essential.
You'll drive the customized clinical pharmacology and DMPK plans, write, review, and edit relevant sections of regulatory documents, and respond to regulatory inquiries. You'll ensure adherence to timelines and budgets, lead the writing of scientific publications, and engage and manage CROs to support pharmacometrics analyses.
To excel in this role, you'll need excellent interpersonal, organizational, and teamwork skills to communicate effectively with external collaborators and internal project teams. You should have a strong knowledge of model-informed drug development, DMPK-clinical pharmacology concepts, and regulatory requirements.
