Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage a team of over 20 engineers and technical staff.
- Oversee process validation, facilities, utilities, and project management.
- Ensure compliance with industry standards and regulatory requirements.
- Develop and implement engineering strategies for OSD (Oral Solid Dosage) manufacturing.
- Maintain and optimize process equipment and process engineering practices.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance operational efficiency and product quality.
Requirements:
- Minimum of 15 years of experience in engineering, with at least 8 years in a management role.
- Proven experience leading a team of over 20 professionals.
- Expertise in process validation, facilities, utilities, and project management.
- Strong background in OSD manufacturing processes.
- In-depth knowledge of process equipment and process engineering.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a related field; advanced degree preferred.
