- Conduct qualitative research, including polling, surveys, focus groups, and interviews
- Collaborate with the quantitative team and have experience with quantitative research
- Manage a client portfolio, fostering relationships and bringing new clients to the agency while looking for organic growth opportunities
- Manage revenue and be a part of the leadership conversations overseeing the growth and direction of the agency
- Manage teams of junior employees with 8+ direct reports while overseeing larger work groups
- Utilize writing and language skills, brainstorming with colleagues, and creating strategies for clients
- Have knowledge and experience working within multiple industries
- A 3x a week hybrid schedule based in Manhattan
