Your Responsibilities:
You will be accountable for maintaining, enhancing, and refining the audit management system across the entire company.
As the audit manager for first, second, and third-party audits adhering to ISO 9001 and ISO 15378 standards, you will represent the company's interests from various perspectives.
You will plan and execute both internal and external audits.
Communicate audit findings and actively participate in the implementation of corrective actions in collaboration with relevant departments.
Identify, initiate, and oversee cross-functional projects aimed at enhancing quality and systems within the audit management framework.
Serve as the primary contact and internal consultant for all departments on matters related to ISO 15378 and GMP.
Your Qualifications:
A minimum of five years of professional experience in auditing within the pharmaceutical industry or the supplier industry.
Profound knowledge of GMP-related business practices and ISO 9001/15378 standards.
Hands-on experience in implementing ISO standards (ISO 9001/ISO 15378) and GMP requirements within a manufacturing company.
Your work style is characterized by structure, analytical thinking, and a results-oriented approach.
You are a collaborative team player and effectively represent the company during audits.
Fluent proficiency in German and business-level English skills are mandatory.
