Principal Downstream Product Manager - Capital, Software, and Service

About the Role:
This Principal Product Manager will be responsible for driving the marketing and business objectives for an Endoscopy capital and service product portfolio with a focus on global strategy, marketing excellence, and delivering a top-tier customer experience. This role also involves managing the product lifecycle strategy to support global growth.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement marketing initiatives to drive growth of both existing and future capital, software, and service products globally, supporting ambitious commercial execution goals.
- Contribute to the Software and Service roadmap, from product planning through to end-to-end delivery, while collaborating with key commercial stakeholders to advance service commercialization.
- Demonstrate technical expertise and lead in cross-functional collaboration and project management, including budget management, supply chain, and operations.
- Partner closely with upstream, R&D, and business teams to ensure prioritization of resources for critical programs.
- Support sales training for capital and service programs, particularly with non-MD hospital customers (IT, Biomed, and administrators).
- Guide and influence upstream projects and launch cadence, representing the portfolio in various meetings and assisting in business planning presentations.
- Develop relationships with internal cross-functional stakeholders globally, building credibility and enhancing collaboration.
- Engage in franchise-wide downstream marketing and sales, improving strategy and effectiveness, and aligning with industry trends.
- Network with cross-functional teams to achieve best-in-class business objectives, prioritizing patient safety and product quality in line with regulatory standards.
Required Qualifications:
- 7+ years in medical device capital equipment.
- 2+ years in commercializing capital and service programs, including experience engaging hospital IT and Biomed teams.
- Proven experience with product launches.
- Bachelor's degree required; Master's/MBA preferred.
- 5 years in downstream product launch/commercialization.
- GI Endoscopy or Surgery experience preferred.
- Knowledge in capital integration and PACs connectivity a plus.
- Medical device sales experience preferred.
- Proven cross-functional collaboration skills and the ability to build clinical expertise.
- ~40% travel required, including international travel.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
