Position Overview: We are seeking a proactive Product & Training/Clinical Education Manager to lead our educational initiatives and support our innovative product portfolio in Japan. In this pivotal role, you will empower healthcare professionals with the knowledge and skills necessary to effectively utilize our advanced imaging solutions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design and implement tailored training programs for healthcare professionals, focusing on our AI/ML medical imaging products.
- Collaborate closely with product development and marketing teams to ensure alignment of educational materials with product features and benefits.
- Provide hands-on clinical support during product demonstrations and implementation, ensuring seamless integration into clinical workflows.
- Foster relationships with key opinion leaders and healthcare institutions to promote product adoption and gather valuable feedback.
- Assess the effectiveness of training programs and continuously improve content based on participant feedback and industry trends.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (medical technology, biomedical engineering, healthcare, or related disciplines); advanced degree preferred.
- Experience in clinical education, product management, or training within the medical devices or imaging sector.
- Strong communication skills in both English and Japanese, with the ability to engage diverse audiences.
- Excellent interpersonal skills and a passion for training and education.
- Willingness to travel within Japan to support training and product demonstrations.
