Responsibilities:
- Oversee final quality assurance checks for shipments, ensuring compliance with customer specifications and meticulous documentation.
- Maintain and review personnel training documents to ensure alignment with procedures and regulatory requirements.
- Coordinate and deliver essential training sessions, including new hire, annual, and retraining programs, meeting both center and regulatory demands.
- Conduct routine process assessments, identifying deficiencies, and developing corrective action plans in collaboration with management for continuous improvement.
- Lead internal audits to monitor facility compliance with procedures, policies, and relevant regulations.
- Initiate, investigate, and ensure timely closure of Trackwise reports, confirming effective corrective actions. Additionally, ensure adherence to safety, health, and environmental policies while maintaining a clean and efficient work environment.
