Account Manager - Wallonia & Brussels Capital Region
Location: Belgium (Field-based, Wallonia & Brussels)
A global innovator in ophthalmic surgical solutions is seeking a dynamic Sales Specialist to cover the Wallonia and Brussels Capital Region. This is a key commercial role responsible for driving sales, building long-term customer relationships, and supporting ophthalmic surgeons with advanced surgical technologies.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and execute a territory sales plan to achieve revenue targets.
Identify new business opportunities and grow existing accounts within hospitals and surgical centres.
Provide clinical support and product demonstrations in collaboration with ophthalmologists and operating room staff.
Deliver high-level customer service and act as a trusted partner to eye care professionals.
Collaborate with internal teams including marketing, customer service, and technical support to deliver seamless client experiences.
Monitor competitor activity and market trends to inform strategic decisions.
Requirements:
Proven track record in medical device sales, ideally in ophthalmology or surgical specialties.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to influence clinical stakeholders.
Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and capable of working independently in the field.
Fluent in French and English; Dutch is a plus.
Valid driving license and willingness to travel across the region.
