Senior Counsel - (Remote)
About the Role: My client, one of the most well established Labor & Employment Law Firms in the industry, is seeking a seasoned attorney with a minimum of 8 years in employment litigation, to join the team in a full-time, work-from-home capacity. This role involves handling a high volume of Employment Practices Liability Insurance (EPLI) cases for an impressive roster of Fortune 500 clients. The base salary for this position ranges from $150,000 to $240,000 annually, based on your experience and qualifications.
Qualifications:
- Minimum of 8 years' experience in employment law, with a strong focus on litigation.
- JD from an accredited law school
- Prior experience working at a top law firm
What You'll Do:
- Advise on Complex Employment Law Matters: Provide expert counsel to clients on issues like discrimination, harassment, wrongful termination, wage and hour compliance, and employment contracts.
- Draft and Review Key Documents: Prepare and review employment agreements, severance packages, and employee handbooks with a strategic eye toward compliance and clarity.
- Lead Litigation Efforts: Represent clients in employment-related litigation, managing discrimination claims, wage and hour disputes, and contractual matters.
- Deliver Strategic Guidance: Help clients proactively address complex employment issues, minimizing legal risks and ensuring compliance.
