Job Description:
- Craft payer value proposition company drug, refining it via feedback from US payer advisory boards.
- Develop and implement pricing strategies to optimize lifecycle and market penetration.
- Collaborate across regulatory, clinical, and health outcomes realms to strategize labeling in alignment with payer needs for broader market access in the US.
- Formulate plans for evidence generation and risk mitigation against potential coverage restrictions, price erosion, or access delays.
- Oversee timely delivery of value evidence resources for launch, including dossiers, budget impact models, and marketing materials, while also managing payer value messaging.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree required, advanced degree (e.g., MBA, MPH, MPA, PharmD) preferred
- 10+ years in pharmaceutical/biotech field, with 5+ years in market access, including launching new indications/products
- NEPHROLOGY, ONCOLOGY, OR HEMATOLOGY launch experience PREFFERED
- Experience in global markets, payer environments, negotiations, and payer policy
- Strong negotiation and relationship-building skills, demonstrated local negotiation expertise
- Proficient in creating strategic recommendations using quantitative and qualitative evidence; excellent communication and presentation skills, adept at multitasking in fast-paced environments
