- Develop and own strategic plans for the Construction Adhesives Team, covering adhesives & sealants.
- Client Strategy Expertise: Apply innovative approaches to managing accounts, ensuring successful long-term partnerships that align closely with company objectives.
Skills:
- Industry Network: Possess deep understanding and existing network in the construction industry, for example architects, construction companies, façade manufacturers / installers.
- Technical Knowledge: 5 years sales / application experience with construction adhesives or similar e.g. architectural coatings, sealants.
- Be available to travel up to 30%.
