Your Role and Responsibilities:

- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, understanding their production challenges and recommending appropriate cutting tools and machining strategies.
- Provide technical training and demonstrations to clients, highlighting the performance benefits of advanced tools and processes.
- Conduct technical assessments to ensure tool optimization and production efficiency.
- Collaborate with R&D and product management teams to stay updated on innovative technologies and market trends.
- Drive sales and growth in Eastern Switzerland through proactive customer engagement and follow-up.
What We Expect:
- A technical education (apprenticeship or equivalent) in machining, mechanical engineering, or a related field.
- 1-2 years of sales experience, ideally within the cutting tools, machining, or precision engineering sectors.
- A solid understanding of machining processes, including material removal rates, tool wear mechanisms, and machining strategies for various materials (e.g., steel, aluminum, composites).
- Fluency in German (Swiss German preferred) and English.
- Exceptional communication, presentation, and problem-solving skills, with a results-driven mindset.
