Territory Manager
Are you passionate about transforming healthcare through innovation? We're seeking an experienced Territory Manager to drive growth and strengthen relationships within the ophthalmology field.
Your Role:
- Cultivate strong, lasting relationships with surgeons, KOLs, OR staff, and hospital purchasing departments across the region.
- Lead sales initiatives and introduce advanced surgical products in hospitals, clinics, and practices.
- Provide expert product advice and training to surgeons and OR teams, enhancing their knowledge and confidence in our solutions.
- Regularly visit clients at relevant intervals to maintain and grow these partnerships.
Your Profile:
- A degree (ideally from a university of applied sciences) and the ability to engage with medical professionals
- 3 years of experience in ophthalmology sales; surgical experience is beneficial.
- A results-driven mindset with strong communication, customer focus, negotiation skills, and fluency in both German and English.
- Self-motivated and highly organised, with the ability to work independently and effectively in a dynamic field.
