Account Manager - Dutch Market
Location: Netherlands (Field-based)
A leading global medical device manufacturer is looking for a commercially driven Territory Manager to cover the Netherlands. This role focuses on promoting innovative ophthalmic surgical products and providing exceptional support to surgeons and clinical teams across the region.
Key Responsibilities:
Drive sales growth and expand market share by managing key accounts and identifying new opportunities.
Build strong, long-term relationships with ophthalmologists, surgical teams, and hospital procurement departments.
Deliver product presentations, clinical training, and in-theatre support during surgical procedures.
Collaborate closely with marketing, customer service, and clinical teams to ensure the highest level of customer satisfaction.
Track market developments, competitor activities, and share insights to shape regional strategy.
Requirements:
Proven success in medical device sales; ophthalmology or surgical experience preferred.
Strong relationship-building and communication skills with clinical and commercial stakeholders.
Independent, proactive, and results-focused mindset.
Fluent in Dutch and English.
Valid driving license and willingness to travel nationally.
