Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute strategic plans to drive new business growth and expand existing client relationships.
- Lead and mentor a team of strategists, ensuring the delivery of high-quality, innovative solutions.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement integrated communication strategies.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities, including pitching and winning new accounts.

- 8+ years of experience working in a medical communications agency.
