Title: Associate Director, Medical Economics Research
Location: NJ (3 days a week onsite)
Our client is a growing biopharma company based in New Jersey, dedicated to developing solutions that address unmet medical needs and enhance clinical trial outcomes. They are looking for a strong Associate Director of Medical Economics Research to drive real-world patient health and economics outcome research to support their products.
Responsibilities:
- Conduct cohort studies to assess clinical and economic outcomes.
- Define patient cohorts and outcomes for pipeline and post-marketing products.
- Manage and analyze data from secondary databases (e.g., claims, EHR/EMR).
- Serve as an expert in secondary databases across various computing environments.
- Develop and implement statistical analysis plans using conventional and novel methods.
- Perform data processing and analysis with tools like SAS, R, Python, or SQL.
- Generate statistical outputs and draft manuscript sections for internal and external use
Qualifications:
- Master's or PhD in epidemiology, biostatistics, psychometrics, computer science
- Minimum of 8 years of analytical and research experience, with proficiency in statistical programming (SAS, R, Python, etc.).
- Experience with large datasets (administrative or medical records) and expertise in statistical modeling and writing protocols.
- Strong knowledge of epidemiology, including disease etiology
- People Mananagement Experience is preferred
