This role requires someone who has experience working within oncology marketing.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop innovative strategies for promoting products in line with company objectives
- Work collaboratively across departments such as Medical Affairs, Sales & Market Access teams to ensure that all activities aligns with brand strategy.
- Manage budget allocation effectively
- Lead and inspire a team, fostering a culture of innovation and excellence.
- Stay informed on market trends, competitor activities, and pipeline needs.
Qualifications:
-We require candidates interested in applying for this position should have relevant qualifications including but not limited to;-
- Experience - Candidates must possess significant prior experience (6+ years) in oncology or related therapeutic areas along with proven success records demonstrating consistent progression throughout their career journey.
- Education - A Bachelor's degree required; MBA preferred
- Strong analytical skills - The ability analyze market data trends and develop actionable insights based on findings
- Effective Communication Skills and the ability to communicate complex topics clearly both verbally and written form
