Position Overview: We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Sales Director to spearhead our client's expansion efforts in Japan and Korea. This is a unique opportunity to be the first hire in this region, playing a pivotal role in driving sales growth and establishing a strong market presence.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve business objectives in Japan and Korea.
- Identify and cultivate new business opportunities within the biopharma sector.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including clients, partners, and industry leaders.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless delivery of services and solutions.
- Monitor market trends and competitor activities to stay ahead of industry developments.
- Provide leadership and mentorship to future team members as the regional team grows.
Qualifications:
- Proven track record of success in sales within the biopharma CDMO industry.
- Strong understanding of the biopharmaceutical market in Japan and Korea.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a global team.
- Fluency in Japanese and English; proficiency in Korean is a plus.
- Willingness to travel within the region as required.
