Business Development Manager
New Jersey Territory (Field-Based)
I am currently partnered with a rapidly-growing CRO that is looking for a Business Development Manager to become an expert on their product and services portfolio and capitalize on potential business development opportunities within the assigned territory. This CRO provides solutions to biomedical communities by providing organizations with gene-editing technologies and other pre-clinical services.
Key Responsibilities:
- Reach out to prospective customers, evaluate potential business opportunities, manage negotiations, and secure contracts with new clients
- Work cross-functionally with the Marketing team to consult on brand strategy
- Attend conferences and trade shows as needed
Required Skills:
- PhD in biomedical sciences
- Direct industry experience with a track record of revenue generation
- Experience with mouse models or in vivo model generation
- Must be fluent in English and Mandarin
- Ability to travel to customer meetings, conferences, etc.
- Immunology experience highly preferred
- Must reside in New York or New Jersey
