Role: Category Manager
Location: Frankfurt, Germany
A global market leader in the Life Science space is looking for a Category Manager to join the marketing team. The ideal expert will have industry and primary care experience . This role focuses on strategic growth objectives related to Primary Care Physicians (PCPs) to drive sales and brand equity goals. You will lead the development and execution of marketing and communication strategies and programs.
Key Responsibilities:
- Leading and developing the market and communication strategies with the end goal to deliver sales
- Continuing a deep understanding of the Primary Care Physicians to gain insights of their needs, motivation and pain points
- Driving the capability and execution excellence in Sales Force (e-)detailing strategies
- Responsible for leading the omnichannel marketing strategies and campaigns
- Manage Health Care Agencies and budgets
- Work as part of the cross-functional brand collaborating across different teams such as; Marketing, Sales, Commercial Excellence, Market Access, Regulatory, Legal, and Medical Affairs teams
Qualifications:
- Education background focussing on Marketing or Medical/ Life Sciences
- HCP experience in a pharma company
- Extensive experience working with Primary Care Physicians
- Experience with Sales Force
- Experience with (e-)detailing strategies would be a bonus
- Languages: German, English
