Overview:
EPM is partnered with a global leader in molecular diagnostics, dedicated to improving patient outcomes through innovative diagnostic solutions. The company are seeking a passionate and driven Clinical Sales Specialist to join their sales team. In this role, you will be responsible for promoting and selling molecular diagnostic products to healthcare professionals, hospitals, and laboratories. Your primary goal will be to drive sales growth and expand their market presence.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve sales targets and objectives.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including physicians, laboratory directors, and purchasing managers.
- Conduct product presentations and demonstrations to healthcare professionals.
- Provide technical support and training to customers on the use of our diagnostic products.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends, competitor products, and market developments.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop promotional materials and campaigns.
- Attend industry conferences and trade shows to represent the company and generate leads.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Life Sciences, Medical Technology, or a related field.
- Minimum of 2 years of sales experience in the healthcare or diagnostics industry.
- Strong understanding of molecular diagnostics and laboratory workflows.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Fluency in German and English
