Clinical Trial Manager
Salary: ($120,000-150,000)
Boston, MA (HYBRID; 1-2 days per week on-site)
I'm currently working with a clinical-stage biotech who is developing first-in-class treatments in the immuno-oncology space. While they do have a high risk, high reward immuno-oncology product, they also have a small molecule asset in the clinic that has an easier regulatory pathway. They recently received over $35M in a round of funding, and are currently bringing in consistent streams of revenue through their out-licensing agreements with several large pharma companies. They're looking to bring on a CTM to report directly into the CEO and CMO, so it will be a high exposure opportunity to get in on the ground floor.
Responsibilities:
- Engage in CRO selection and oversight
- Help lead the Clinical Operations efforts in the US and work directly with the CEO and CMO
- Ability to build and foster a team in a hybrid capacity
An ideal candidate for this role will have:
- A Bachelor's degree in a life science related field
- 5+ years in oncology, and (preferred) 2+ years in immunology
- Strong experience managing First-In-Human and Dose Escalation oncology trials
- Adept oral and written communication skills with ability to work with cross-functional teams
