Senior Analyst, Commercial Analytics
Philadelphia, PA - 3 days onsite required.
EPM Scientific is partnered with a rapidly growing, Commercial-Stage Biopharmaceutical company to hire a Sr Analyst Commercial Analytics. This is an exciting opportunity on the Analytics team to work with cross functional teams in the organization on multiple projects. Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct ad-hoc requests into commercial data to answer specific business questions and provide actionable insights
- Support advanced analytics projects
- Identify new opportunities and improvements by analyzing data across various functions (patient services, marketing, etc.).
- Develop and maintain dashboards and reports to track KPI's
- Work with cross-functional teams to gather insights and align analytics with business needs.
- Support senior leaders by translating complex data into clear insights and recommendations.
- Monitor trends to identify risks or opportunities for performance improvement.
- Ensure data accuracy and consistency, collaborating with IT and data engineering teams.
Requirements:
- 3+ years professional experience, bachelor's degree required
- Proficiency in SQL and Excel - required
- Tableau or Power BI experience
- Advanced analytics techniques (e.g., regression analysis, A/B testing)
- Excellent communication skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment managing multiple projects
- Preference for industry experience (pharma, healthcare, life sciences)
