Our innovative products and commitment to excellence have positioned us as a leader in the industry. We are now seeking a dynamic and experienced Country Manager to lead our operations in Taiwan.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement strategic plans to drive business growth and market share in Taiwan.
- Oversee daily operations, ensuring efficiency and effectiveness in all business activities.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including dental professionals, distributors, and regulatory bodies.
- Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing team to achieve business objectives.
- Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities and threats.
- Ensure compliance with local regulations and company policies.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field. MBA is a plus.
- Minimum of 8 years of experience in sales, marketing, or management roles within the medical device or dental industry.
- Proven track record of successfully managing and growing a business unit or country operation.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Fluent in Mandarin and English; proficiency in Taiwanese is a plus.
- Ability to travel as needed.
