Your Responsibilities:

- Website & SEO Management: Oversee the content of the website, implement SEO best practices, and enhance user interfaces to increase visibility and user engagement.
- Social Media Marketing: Create and apply strategies for platforms such as LinkedIn, Twitter, and more, aiming to engage and expand the target audience.
- Content Creation & Management: Work collaboratively with designers and content producers to generate high-quality marketing materials, blog posts, and case studies.
- Analytics & Performance Tracking: Track key performance indicators, assess campaign results, and derive insights to improve the return on investment for digital marketing efforts.
- Marketing Automation & CRM: Utilise tools like HubSpot, Marketo, or Salesforce to cultivate leads and increase conversion rates.
- Collaboration & Stakeholder Engagement: Collaborate with internal teams, external agencies, and vendors to drive digital projects forward effectively.
Your Profile:
- Education: Bachelor's or Master's degree in Marketing, Digital Media, Communications, or a related field.
- Experience: At least 3-5 years of experience in digital marketing, preferably in the healthcare or medical technology sector.
- Technical Skills: Expertise in Google Analytics, SEO tools, PPC platforms, social media management tools, and email marketing software.
- Creativity & Innovation: A strong ability to produce compelling content and forge innovative digital campaigns.
- Analytical Mindset: Proficient in analysing data, optimising strategies, and making informed, data-driven decisions.
- Project Management Skills: Capable of managing multiple projects and meeting tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Languages: Fluent in English; proficiency in additional languages is advantageous.
