In this capacity, your mission will be multifaceted: from steering market access initiatives that maximize product reach and patient accessibility through innovative reimbursement strategies to forging strong relationships with stakeholders across hospital pharmaceuticals or medical device sectors.
Key Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university; MBA strongly preferred.
- A minimum of 8 year's experience with progressive responsibility in sales and/or marketing related roles.
- At least 3 year's dedicated brand management expertise within relevant fields.
Essential Skills Required for Success:
- Reimbursement Acumen: In-depth understanding of developing successful reimbursement frameworks tailored for healthcare products.
- Product Launch Market Access experience including strategy development, field sales engagement and hands-on support.
- Market Insight: Astute knowledge about navigating complex market dynamics specific to the US landscape particularly around regulatory pathways impacting drug/device commercialization efforts in California's unique marketplace.
- Proven track record of identifying product advantages and market requirements turning them into impactful value propositions and value stories to payers and health systems.
