Director, Oncology Marketing - Biosimilars
Bridgewater, NJ 3x on-site preferred (is remote capable)
A reputable, mid-size Biosimilar pharmaceutical company is seeking someone to lead their Marketing launch efforts for buy-and-bill Oncology Biosimilar products across key stakeholders in the US. Responsibilities
- Be able to lead the development of integrated marketing programs that promote brands within the companies expanding biosimilar portfolio, drive market access, and increare patent and healthcare provider adoption.
- Execute marketing launch strategies and propositions for Biosimilar products targeted at HCPS, payers, and patients
- Effectively position biosimilar brands among a diverse group of healthcare professional audiences including prescribers and pharmacy decision makers
- Create educational content such as tactics and messaging to HCP needs
- Design and implement payer engagement programs, including meetings, policy advocacy, and reimbursement support tools driving formulary inclusion and reimbursement approvals
- Manage a team of agency partners, and set a strategic vision for effective completion and execution of tactics
- Collaborate with market research colleagues on insight generation to enhance strategic decision making for market research studies and advisory boards
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree required (advanced education is a +)
- 8+ years Pharmaceutical experience
- 2+ years Biosimilar experience
- 2+ year Payer experience
- Launch experience - preferred
- Pharmaceutical (Or Oncology Pharmacy) marketing experience - preferred
- Must have industry knowledge of payer access strategies, including formulary placement, reimbursement negotiations, and cost effectiveness models
- Proven track record in biosimilars, preferably buy-and-bill Oncology Biosimilars
- Proven self-starter
- Strong communication and presentation skills
(**Applicants please be aware this is a preferred hybrid opportunity, with the flexibility for remote, where the expectation to be 3x on-site in their New Jersey office. This opportunity does provide relocation for the right candidate and must be okay to be hybrid requirements upon relocation. Additionally, Director level is the expectation, there is no flexibility to be leveled up to Senior Director title.)
