Director, Trade Accounts
Remote (Field-Based) ideally Northeast or Mid-Atlantic based
A rapidly growing, Specialty Pharmaceutical company with a recent, successful launch is seeking a Trade Accounts Leader as a crucial addition to their Commercial team. This individual will be responsible for customer relationship mgmt., negotiations, contracting, business planning, etc. in collaboration with key internal stakeholders.
Responsibilities:
- Manage SP/IDN contracts, ensuring goals, objectives, and timelines are met.
- Build and maintain relationships with SP/IDN accounts through ongoing performance management.
- Represent the organization at conferences and meetings with SP/IDN accounts.
- Collaborate with field teams on contracting, timelines, and escalations.
- Lead initiatives to enhance SP/IDN channel design and model.
- Develop business plans with SMART goals aligned to leadership and strategic priorities.
- Ensure compliance with laws, regulations, and company policies in all activities.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree required, advanced degrees are preferred.
- 10+ Years of related experience in the biopharma industry with a proven, consistent history of high performance in a broad range of customer facing roles
- 10+ years of experience in Trade/Patient Support customer facing related roles with increasing responsibilities
- Experience in distribution strategy and customer contracting.
- Analyze data trends to enhance program performance.
- Skilled in pre-launch and new product launch processes.
- Thrive in cross-functional teams and fast-paced environments.
- Strong communication skills and proficiency in MS Office.
