Head of Sales - Medical Device Testing | Germany (m/f/d)
Are you a sales leader ready to make an impact in the medical device testing industry? A global company is looking for a Head of Sales to drive growth, manage key accounts, and lead a high-performing team in Germany.
What You'll Do:
- Key Account Management - Build and expand relationships with top medical device clients.
- Sales Leadership - Mentor and motivate a sales team to exceed revenue targets.
- Strategic Growth - Develop and execute plans to expand market share in Germany & Europe.
- Market Expansion - Identify opportunities, analyse trends, and represent the company at industry events.
- Operational Excellence - Ensure CRM optimisation, sales tracking, and seamless project execution.
What We're Looking For:
- 5+ years of experience in sales, key account management, or business development within medical devices or a related field.
- Strong leadership skills with a proven track record of growing sales teams.
- Bachelor's degree in Life Sciences, Engineering, Business, or a related discipline.
- Deep understanding of EU MDR/IVDR, ISO 13485, and regulatory frameworks is a plus.
- Fluent in German & English.
