Our client is seeking a dynamic and experienced Head of Sales to lead the Paint & Ink segment in Central Europe. This role is pivotal in driving strategic and operational growth, fostering innovation, and leading a high-performing team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Strategic Development: Lead the strategic and operational development of the Paint & Ink segment in Central Europe.
- Sales Strategy & Innovation: Develop and implement innovative (digital) sales strategies based on thorough market, competition, and customer analyses.
- Performance Monitoring: Utilise KPI-based sales controlling to monitor and report on sales and profitability targets.
- Team Leadership: Inspire and motivate your team, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and lean management.
Your Profile:
- Experience & Network: Several years of sales experience in the paint / inks / coatings industry, ideally in a management role, with a strong network within paint and inks manufacturers.
- Skills: Confident demeanour, expertise in digital/hybrid sales strategies, and a solid understanding of B2B business.
- Drive & Initiative: Strong business acumen, good judgement, and the ability to take calculated risks and make decisive decisions.
- Team Spirit: Excellent relationship management skills, enthusiasm, and vision to create a creative and trusting working environment.
Requirements:
- Fluent in English with strong German language.
- Available for 50% travel - other 50% WFH.
- Located in Germany or Netherlands.
