Your Role: A Day in the Life

As a Senior Test Engineer, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the reliability and performance of advanced medical devices and software. Collaborating with cross-functional teams, you'll contribute to creating a connected ecosystem that leverages state-of-the-art technologies to improve surgical outcomes worldwide.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute test strategies for medical devices, ensuring compliance with regulatory standards.
• Perform functional, performance, usability, security, and reliability testing for both hardware and software solutions.
• Collaborate with Product Owners and Developers to define acceptance criteria for releases.
• Identify, report, and track defects, ensuring seamless issue resolution.
• Design and implement automated test frameworks for regression testing and continuous integration.
• Maintain test documentation, reports, and metrics for stakeholder presentation.
• Stay updated on medical device testing standards, tools, and best practices to enhance testing methodologies.

What You Bring

• BS/MS in Computer, Electrical, or Electronics Engineering (or equivalent).
• 5+ years of experience in software testing, ideally in the medical device or safety-critical industries.
• Familiarity with medical device regulations and standards (ISO 60601, ISO 13485, IEC 62304, 21 CFR 820).
• Experience with testing tools and frameworks (Selenium, TestNG, Cucumber, TestArchitect, etc.).
• Medical Device testing certification.
• Ability to work on-site

Bonus Skills (Preferred, but not required)

• Experience with deployed hardware systems & remote device management.
• Strong background in virtualization.
• Familiarity with cloud platforms (e.g., AWS).
