Summary
The Specialty Sales Professional (Ophthalmology) will lead and own relationships across Eye Care Professionals, regional KOL's, and office staff supporting the full portfolio. They will create strategies around establishing access and pull through all while educating key stakeholders on the value of both products.
Responsibilities
ยท Strategy development to optimize product position and performance
ยท Develop account plans with specific tactics to drive sales performance within the account and achieve access for products on system protocols
ยท Execute account plans and sales pull-through with local field teams, including District Sales Managers, National Accounts, and various specialty roles
ยท Support the launch of a new product
Preferred Qualifications
ยท 5+ years of sales experience within Hospital, Pharmaceutical, or Medical Device
ยท Specialty experience preferred
ยท Strong track record of demonstrated success
ยท Bachelor's and clean/active driver's license

Exact compensation may vary based on skills, experience, and location. The salary range for this position is $110,000-130,000.
