A Principal Scientist - Analytical Development will be responsible for:
- Leading and supervising the analytical lab in the design of proteins
- Spearheading research activities aimed at identifying and validating new drug products and exploring innovative therapeutic approaches
- Actively participating in the preparation and review of regulatory documents
- Assessing emerging scientific trends and methodologies to incorporate relevant advancements into project strategies
- Collaborating closely with cross-functional teams, including QC and process development, to ensure seamless integration of scientific efforts
A Principal Scientist - Analytical Development has the following qualifications:
- Bachelor's Degree with 8+ years of experience, OR Master's Degree with 6+ years of experience, OR Ph.D. with 4+ years of industry experience
- Proficient experience with HPLC, LC/MS, Method Development/Validation
- Small molecules/Peptides experience
