Responsibilities:
- Perform quality control testing on raw materials, in-process samples, and finished products.
- Ensure compliance with GMP and maintain data integrity.
- Develop, validate, and troubleshoot analytical methods and equipment.
- Participate in method transfers and validation processes.
- Investigate out-of-specification (OOS) results and deviations.
Requirements:
- 3+ years of experience in a quality control laboratory within the Pharmaceutical/Biopharmaceutical industry.
- Proficiency in Good Manufacturing Practice (GMP) standards.
- Bachelor's degree in Chemistry, Biochemistry, or a related field.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Experience with HPLC, GC, and other analytical techniques.
- Excellent communication and documentation skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
