Key Responsibilities:

- Lead and manage the quality assurance team, providing guidance, training, and support to ensure continuous improvement.
- Oversee the development and implementation of quality control policies, procedures, and protocols.
- Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and accreditation standards.
- Conduct regular audits and inspections to identify areas for improvement and ensure corrective actions are implemented.
- Collaborate with other departments to promote a culture of quality and patient safety.
- Monitor and analyze quality performance metrics, preparing reports for senior management.
- Stay updated with the latest industry trends and best practices in healthcare quality assurance.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant scientific discipline; advanced degrees (MSc, PhD, MBA) are advantageous.
- Minimum of 10 years of significant experience in quality assurance within the healthcare or pharmaceutical industry.
- Proven track record of leading and managing teams.
- Strong knowledge of regulatory compliance and quality management systems.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
