Role Overview
The Regional Marketing Manager is responsible for developing, executing, and overseeing marketing strategies across designated geographical areas and key clients, including distributors and clinic networks.
Working closely with Area Directors, as well as senior international executives, brand leaders, training teams, and event managers, this role ensures that marketing plans align with business objectives and are effectively implemented.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute comprehensive 360° marketing plans, including product launches, commercialization strategies, special operations, events, congresses, and training programs.
- Monitor and analyze key performance indicators across assigned regions.
- Manage and allocate marketing budgets for the designated territory.
- Support strategic events such as new product launches, press conferences, and local masterclasses.
- Maintain daily collaboration with the export team, including area managers and general export managers.
- Conduct field visits, organize client meetings, and participate in business reviews.
- Assist in coordinating training sessions and international seminars.
- Share insights and best practices in product benchmarking, brand positioning, and retail strategies.
- Oversee post-marketing research, ensuring customer feedback and market insights are effectively gathered and analyzed.
- Monitor competitor marketing strategies and market trends.
- Implement and manage digital communication strategies across multiple platforms.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- 6 to 10 years of experience in a similar role, ideally within the aesthetic medicine industry.
- Strong expertise in digital marketing, with the ability to create and execute social media communication strategies.
- Experience in the beauty sector, particularly in fast-moving consumer goods (FMCG), is a plus.
- Fluency in English and Spanish is required.
