This role requires excellent communication skills including active listening abilities coupled with persuasive presentation techniques; negotiation tactics that are built on sound logic while being able to deal effectively at all levels from buyers through C-Level executives; ability solve complex problems by identifying potential issues before they arise which will require analytical problem solving capabilities along with strategic thinking capacity necessary when facing unexpected challenges head-on!
Commercial Awareness:
The successful candidate must be commercially astute so as to identify market trends (in Raleigh), competitor activities & behaviors whilst also having good business acumen based around financial analysis/forecasting skills using tools such Excel spreadsheets etc., plus experience working alongside marketing teams would prove advantageous too!
